Russian Zetta City Module 1 wants to be world’s cheapest electric car

A little Russian car has plans to produce the cheapest electric cars in the world. It is called Zetta City Module 1. Or CM1, for short. It's a four-seater, a little longer than a Smart Fortwo, with a projected price of $7,000.
